By accessing or using our Site and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site and services.

Lifestyle Health provides online and in-person health coaching, wellness advice, related educational content and programs (collectively, the "Services"). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

By using this Site and our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Not Medical Advice: The content provided (including blogs, videos, coaching sessions, programs, social media, emails) is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Consult Your Physician: Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment, or before undertaking a new health regimen.   • Voluntary Participation: You acknowledge that your participation in any dietary, fitness, or lifestyle changes suggested by Lifestyle Health is voluntary and at your own risk.


3. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features (e.g., booking a session), you may be required to register an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information.

  • Maintain the security of your password and identification.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account..


4. Intellectual Property

All content published and made available on our Site (including text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and layout) is the property of GBGH Pte. Ltd. and the Site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to, images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

You are not permitted to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the content without express written permission from us.


5. Payments and Billing

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless otherwise stated.

  • Payment: Payment for coaching services or digital products is due upon booking or purchase. We use may third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe) to bill you.

  • Taxes: Prices may be subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) if applicable under Singapore law.


6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital content, all purchases of downloadable guides, e-books, or pre-recorded courses are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

  • Coaching Sessions:

    • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled or refunded.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are subject to a forfeiture of the session fee.

    • "No-shows" will be charged the full rate of the session.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Singapore:

  • GBGH Pte. Ltd., its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Site or Services.

  • Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the Services during the six (6) months prior to the cause of action arising.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Lifestyle Health. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.


9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Singapore.
